Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Final — Coffee & Tea Products Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our coffee and tea products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any coffee or tea items.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us within 10 business days of delivery using the Contact Us form on our website. Include a description and photo of the damage, and we will review your claim. Replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
Merchandise For apparel, mugs, and other merchandise, please contact us within 10 business days of delivery if you have received a damaged or defective item. We will review each case individually and resolve at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- All coffee products
- All tea products
- Opened or used merchandise
- Items not reported within the 10 business day window
